Terms of Use
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Verber platform (“Verber,” “we,” “us”) — including verber.me (Verber Profile, BookMe, Shop, Wallet) and studio.verber.me (Verber Studio). The Verber software and brand are owned by Learning Agents Tech LLC (United States). Paid purchases on Verber are processed by Razorpay and sold by VERBER (India), operating under licence from Learning Agents Tech LLC (United States). By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms. Contact us at support@verber.me.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You may sign in with email or with a supported identity provider (for example Google); in that case the provider's own terms also apply to that sign-in.
2. Acceptable use
When using Verber you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or third-party right.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Publish unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, or harassing content.
- Distribute malware or attempt to breach, overload, or interfere with the service.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download user data without our written permission.
- Resell or provide automated third-party access to the service except through features we explicitly provide for that purpose.
- Sell prohibited goods or services, or use Verber to move money unrelated to a genuine sale.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal risk for us or our users.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create and publish with Verber, including text, images, and video. You grant us the limited license needed to host, store, process, and display that content in order to operate the service (for example, generating your public profile, rendering your shop, or publishing to a social platform you connected). When you delete content, that license ends except for copies required by law or in backups that expire in the ordinary course.
4. Social publishing
Verber Studio can publish content to social platforms (X today; Meta and LinkedIn when launched) only through the official authorization flow of each platform, and only to accounts you explicitly connect. You authorize access on the platform's website; we never ask for or store your platform password. Publishing follows each platform's developer terms; you are responsible for your content complying with those platform rules. You can disconnect a platform at any time from Studio settings, which revokes our access.
5. Payments and currency
Payments for bookings, shop orders, tips, and Verber Studio credits are processed by Razorpay. Paid purchases on Verber are processed by Razorpay and sold by VERBER (India), operating under licence from Learning Agents Tech LLC (United States). We do not store your card numbers or UPI credentials.
Prices are listed in US dollars unless a creator lists in another currency. You are charged in USD, or, where offered, in Indian rupees (INR) at the exchange rate displayed and locked at checkout. Any local-currency amount shown before checkout is an estimate. Your bank or card issuer may add its own foreign-exchange or cross-border fees. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Bookings and shop orders include a buyer service fee shown as a separate line at checkout. Fees for creators are described on our Fees page and in the Seller Terms. We may change pricing and fees prospectively with notice; changes never apply to orders already placed.
Peer-to-peer USDC payments through Verber Wallet are made directly between users via Circle's infrastructure; Verber does not hold those funds and charges no fee for them.
6. Verber Studio credits
Verber Studio uses prepaid credits for AI generation, social posting, and agent features. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals unless you explicitly turn on a recurring option where we offer one. Credits used for a generation or task that fails are automatically returned to your balance. Refunds of unused purchased credits are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Bookings and shop orders
Services and products offered on Verber are delivered by the creator who lists them. Cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation policy shown on each booking card and our Refund and Cancellation Policy; physical and digital delivery follows our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Creators who sell on Verber also agree to the Seller Terms.
8. AI-generated content
Verber Studio includes AI-based image and video generation tools. AI output may be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing and having the rights to use any inputs you provide, and for how you use and publish the output.
9. Intellectual property
The Verber name, logo, software, and design are owned by Learning Agents Tech LLC. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or content beyond what is needed to use the service.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time; see our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate the service or your account for material breach, legal risk, or discontinuation of a feature, with notice where practicable.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date shows the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer law gives you a different right. Purchases sold by VERBER are also subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
13. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at support@verber.me or through our contact form.
