Verber is free to start. We earn when you earn: a small platform fee on paid transactions, plus a buyer service fee on bookings and shop orders.

Payment processing
The payment processor's actual fee and applicable taxes on it are passed through at cost and deducted from creator earnings. As a guide, domestic Indian payments cost about 2% plus GST, and international cards about 3% plus GST. The exact amount is shown for each transaction in your dashboard.
On refunds, the seller bears all fees: the platform fee, the buyer service fee and payment processing fees are not returned to the seller. Where a refund is caused by the buyer's misconduct, these fees may be deducted from the buyer's refund instead.
Buyer service fees are converted to the checkout currency at the rate shown at checkout and appear as a separate line on your receipt.
Promotions
- Founding creators: eligible early creators pay a 0% platform fee for a limited period or number of transactions.
- Referrals: creators who refer other creators who start selling can earn a 0% platform fee for a limited time, and referred creators get a 0% introductory period.
- First order: buyers may have the service fee waived on their first booking or order.
- Earnings to Studio credits: creators can convert earnings into Verber Studio credits with a bonus.
