Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Learning Agents Tech LLC (“Verber,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our websites and services, including verber.me (Verber Profile, BookMe, Shop, and Wallet), and studio.verber.me (Verber Studio). Contact us at support@verber.me.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account: name, email address, username, profile photo.
- Public profile content you publish (bio, offers, services, products).
- Booking details: availability rules, appointments, and related messages.
- Support and contact messages you send us at support@verber.me or via our contact form.
Payment information
We do not store your card numbers or UPI credentials. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and USDC wallet payments by Circle, under their own privacy policies. Paid purchases on Verber are processed by Razorpay and sold by VERBER (India), operating under licence from Learning Agents Tech LLC (United States). We receive only the transaction records needed to provide the service (amount, currency, exchange rate, status, processor transaction ID).
If you are a creator receiving payouts, your PAN and bank or UPI details are sent directly to Razorpay for verification and payouts; we keep only the verification status and the last 4 digits.
Some past payments were processed by Stripe or by Bank of America / CyberSource. We no longer send new payments to them, but we retain the related transaction records for as long as financial and tax law requires.
Social platform connections (Verber Studio)
When you connect a social account (X today; Meta and LinkedIn when those integrations launch) to publish from Verber Studio, we use the platform's official OAuth authorization flow. You approve access on the platform's own website; we never see or store your platform password. We store the OAuth access and refresh tokens you authorize, encrypted at rest, and only the account information needed to publish on your behalf (for example your X handle and account ID) and to show you what was published.
Information collected automatically
We collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, for security (including spam and abuse prevention) and to understand aggregate product usage. We use first-party, self-hosted analytics that do not sell or share your data with advertising networks.
2. How we use information
- Provide and maintain your account, profile, bookings, shop, and wallet.
- Publish content to social platforms you have connected, when you ask us to.
- Process payments and purchases, including Studio credits.
- Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and support requests.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, spam, and abuse.
- Improve our services using aggregated, de-identified usage data.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run our infrastructure (hosting, database, email, payments).
- VERBER (India), the seller of record for paid purchases, and Learning Agents Tech LLC (United States), which owns the Verber platform, to the extent needed to provide and account for your purchases.
- The creator you buy from, limited to what they need to deliver your booking or order.
- Social platforms, when you publish content through a connection you authorized.
- Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law.
If we are involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction under this policy's protections.
4. Retention
We keep your personal information only as long as needed to provide the services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Transaction records are retained as required by financial law. Social platform tokens are retained until you disconnect the account or they are revoked. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data as described on our Data Deletion page, except data we must retain for legal reasons.
5. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest, least privilege access controls, and application-layer abuse protections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 18 (16 in the EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada, or US states such as California), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any right, contact support@verber.me or use the process on our Data Deletion page. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
9. Contact
